Network atlas: Unable to connect the devices from connect now

Hi,

I have cisco 6500 and 4500 switches. when i try to create a map in Network atlas, Objects are not able to connect to each other by connectnow.

All interfaces are discovered in NPM, CDP is enable on switches and connected via Port-channel

Can someone please let me know what i'm missing.

How long since you added these nodes? The topology data collection runs every 30 minutes by default. If it's been a while since you added the nodes, you may want to open a support ticket

All the device are added from 1 month.

make sure that the nodes added on NPM and placed on the map have Layer 2 and 3 detected and added for NPM monitoring. Also if your devices are contains the OID that NPM uses for topology:

Yes, Devices are added in NPM, also in node details it shows SysObjectID.
All connected interface are selected in monitoring.
But still not able to connect automatically.

And If you can click on List Resources for these 2 nodes, you have Layer2 and Layer3 topology boxes checked?

you have to check if your devices are detected by layer 2 and layer 3 topology "and" those devices supports on it polls for NPM topology. Check the link. Then run SNMPwalk on sample devices you have and check if your have those OIDs
