I'm working on a NPM assessment project for a customer that has many tools and trying to determine what they need, and what they can cut loose. One of the templates asks if Solarwinds provides stats/ metrics for QoS? I haven't had to deal with QoS much on past Solarwinds deployment and hoping someone can easily answer if Solarwinds can report the following?
