I want to install NetPath probe on windows 8 machines. My domain account has local admin access to the boxes. But when I try to install getting below error. These devices are a fresh addition and I can access devices using RDP
"Test unsuccessful. NetPath cannot access the target server with the provided credentials, or an agent with the same name, hostname, or IP addess already exists. "
Manual installation is also failing with the error " Agent installation ended prematurely". Logs have no information. I have raised support case, they couldn't find anything in log
Can someone help me what could be the reason?
