Need help with alert suppression

Orion NPM 9.5 SP4

I have set up an alert for a customer that should only alert him if one of his 10 devices go down.  They are all named Customer_device1, Customer_device2, etc.  However, they are all dependent on CompanyASA which is owned and managed by us.

Therefore, if CompanyASA goes down, I do not want to send any alerts to the customer.  I thought I had it set up correctly, but one of his devices went down and no alert was sent.  Here is how I have it set up:

Trigger Condition

Trigger alert when ALL of the following apply:

Node Status is equal to Down

Node Name is equal to Customer_*

Alert Suppression

Suppress Alert when all of the following apply:

Node Name is equal to CompanyASA

Node Status is equal to Down

Please tell me why this isn't working.

Thanks!
