We have run across this problem for the past year. Every time our Windows 2016 Server runs a Windows Update and automatically restarts, the Orion website gives the error, "There was no endpoint listening at net.tcp://system name:17777/SolarWinds/InformationService/v3/Orion/certificate that could accept the message. This is often caused by an incorrect address or SOAP action. See InnerException, if present, for more details."
The fix each time has been to repair Network Performance Monitor. After the repair is complete, Orion is working again. We have had this when we were running different versions 2019, as well as various versions of 2020. We are currently running the most recent version of 2020.2.1. Has anyone run across this or have any leads on where to look? TYIA
