I would like to know if anyone has experienced this.

I have several reports with different schedules configured for them. However, i have noticed that the reports sometimes come in later than they should. For example a report scheduled for 9am can be recieved at 10am or 1pm. The report comes in with the correct information, it is just not on schedule.

This doesn't happen all the time, but it does happen.

Has anyone experienced this ?

Does anyone know what can cause this ?

Or how can it be prevented ?

I would suggest checking all of your SolarWinds schedules to make sure there are no conflicts as it could just be queuing up. The other problem could be the delay with your SMTP Server at the pre-determined time. I've seen it one or two times, but never really put much effort into it as the reports are not really time sensitive.

Really there are no 2 schedules that are close in time right now.

The one report that it happens with mostly is a daily report and there isn't any other report within the same time frame as it.

I may have to look at the SMTP option
