Guys, we are looking to include the agent in our VMware templates. We are using agent initated communication. This requires us to input a credential into the installer to register the agent to the Orion Server:
- Q1: Is this credential stored with the agent or used as a one off to register it?
Thereafter, when we clone out this image to a new system from this VMware template:
- Q2: how is agent uniqueness and registration handled? I don't see any UUID generated in the registry at the agent side.
- Q3: How does the newly deployed agent register with Orion? Is this something we need to do manually?
