As we've started using NPM 12, we've discovered a few small bugs/issues that we'd like to report. Where is the best place to do that?
The easiest way is to open a support ticket. These are presented to development and prioritized appropriately. If you have enabled SSO there is an option on your profile page to submit a ticket; otherwise you can submit a ticket via your customer portal.
Is there a knowledge base of known bugs for each version?
I am trying to build a case to upgrade to NPM 12 and we have several issues currently, I need to know if these are bugs and if the upgrade will resolve our issues. Support was able to tell me to upgrade, but could not provide any docs to go with their suggestion.
I did find several community member posts stating they were bugs, but nothing official and no SW employee ever commented in the posts.
