I have limited experience in creating NOC view.. I have install dev lab for the operation team to hand on the system before kick in..
I will like to have a overview of the alerts system which i can ask them to focus more..
Can i check what are the main topic for them to focus in term of operation? May i know where to find or download any documents for them?
