NOC-like monitor doesn't refresh usage graphs

I have a Windows 7 box with IE10 running a minimal view to simulate a NOC. NPM is v10.6.1. My workstation also runs Win7 but I use Firefox (not endorsed at my site) and it works as designed. I can manually RDP to the workstation and hit the F5 key and it refreshes, however this defeats the purpose of having an unattended pc. Is this a problem with IE? Have I missed an important setting somewhere in NPM?
