Monitoring Light Levels on Cisco NCS 1002

Cisco NCS 1002 running IOS XR Version 6.5.1 (NCS-1002)

I am attempting to build template that monitors the light level values on the NCS 1002. Doing a MIB walk I have been unsuccessful finding any OIDs that would provide TX Power (dBm) and RX Power (dBM) on the optic interfaces. Has anyone been successful in building custom pollers on the tx/rx power? If so what are the OIDs for those values?
