We recently have upgraded our Orion platform from 2017.3 to 2019.4. Upgrade was successful.
However, we are not able see menu bar on Orion web console. Though we are able to see it using IP Port.
But when we use URL which is binded with https(443), we are not able to see menu bar. Can anyone please help!

I'd suggest to restart all Orion services on Orion server (Programs > Solarwinds Orion > Orion Service Manager). If will not help then run Configuration Wizard for all items (database, website. services). If problem still exist then you have 2 options:
1. repair NPM installation from Control Panel > Uninstall Programs > Repair
2. assign case for SolarWinds Tech Support.
