Memory reading for Linux machines

hi pals

i have serious issue with my memory reading for linux machines using solarwinds SAM, please help me on this.

according to my vendor the when they installed the memory in linux it will be taken by cache and buffer, thus according to them its wrong if used formula total over used.is this correct?

total memory is 96G and used is 25G but the availability shows 50G thus the used memory in % suppose to be 50 % and not 25% as shown

hi Antonis thanks for the guidance , the post is too huge for me to digest , i just need solution to get the reading available memory instead of used in linux machine,
urgently need to settle this with my client , or is this normal way reading memory for linux server? just to get used over total? i just need solid answer to my client
