Managing Ricoh or Nashuatec Printer

Hi,

I wish to monitor Nashuatec printer and so i have configure them with SNMP and Orion as host to traps. The problem is that i don't receive any trap at all.

Any one has already add Ricoh printer to Orion and manage them ?
