Hope you are all doing well during this covid-19 time.....
I am looking into having a live page (view) per client that would show the following info for their traps on a screen:
Alarm ID , Alarm name, alarm count (#of times it occured), Raised, Active, cleared.
Please note that we have to collect ALL the alarms sent to us and try to make sense of it.
This would be for Verint Alarms just incase someone is familiar with it.
