Looking for clear instructions to monitor AVTECH ROOMALERT32 devices

Hi!

I read several discussions about those devices.

Can somebody assist me with clear enough instructions to define various sensors, the "right" way?

I'm writing here after few tries to define various sensors (Temperature, Humidity, Open doors, Etc..) and view their values continuously, on "Node Details" page.

I failed to get what I need...

I think such info would accepted with great gratefulness by many people here...
