Hi,
I have just upgraded the licences for these products from SL2000 to SLX. I just need to go to licence manager to activate the new licences. I was warned by another employee that I should get official approval first as this process will create downtime.
Is this true? I wouldn't think a simple licence upgrade activation would cause any downtime?
Any thoughts would be much appreciated.
