Label calculated traffic

Hi guys,

I have an issue with NPM. My server has 2 NICs. When i access NPM through one NIC i see all the calculated interface traffic on the network summary.

When i use the other NIC i don't get the calculated bandwidth.

Is this a known issue?

Has anyone ever experienced this problem?

Thanks... i restarted some of the services and it's working now.
If it happens again i will open a ticket.
Also i tried calling support and the menu system is not working... when i press 3 the menu continues to play :)

Roophus,

If you have 2 different IP's on the 2 NIC's - then this would be expected.
The Polling Engine IP Address would not get changed dynamically - and a restart of the services would be in order.
Thanks for the heads-up on the support line - I will investigate.
