Juniper virtual member monitoring

HI All

Thanks for looking at this in advance

I have created the following with Solarwinds and UnDP (pls see attached)

I have assigned it to a switch

Next I issue

"request system power-off member 2"

and this does show up as down.

This does not trigger the email.

I have Trigger Action as "Alert:No. 20 ${NodeName} Switch Stack Member Removed"

What am I missing or how I can get this to work?
