Job Scheduler keeps crashing

hi,

I keep getting a System.IO.fileNotFoundException on my Job Scheduler the exect error is this:-

System.IO.FileNotFoundException was unhandled
Message: Could not load file or assembly 'System.Data.SqlServerCe, Version=3.5.1.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=89845dcd8080cc91' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

I have tried replacing my JobEngine.sdf with a new one which I found here (link below) but I'm still getting the same problem - anyone have any ideas where to look first?

I am on NPM v9 and have .NET ver 3.5 SP1

I'm about to upgrade to NPM v10 do I need to fix this issue first is the upgrade likely to fix it?

I found an article on the msdn forum that sounds like it might be a place to check:

The key is where the error is telling you that it can't find the file specified. There is a post here on thwack that describes rebuilding/repairing your Microsoft SQL Server Compact Edition. You can read it here:

Hi,
Thanks for the replies - I upgraded to veersion 10 in the end and it seems to have fixed the issue - not sure if it was the SQL SP1 install or the NPM v10 install that fixed it but it's working fine now.
