Issues with Alerts after NPM 9.5 upgrade

Question

I upgraded to NPM 9.5 last week, and am having some trouble with advanced alerts. I was trying to create a new alert, and when I get to the tab for trigger actions, when I add page/email, I get the error: Run-time error '0'

I tried editing an existing alert, and again when I click on the edit button to edit the email/page trigegr action, it gives the error as well.

Anyone else seen this or have any ideas? I am openeing a support case shortly.

Yes, I was able to resolve the problem.  Solarwinds support had me go into add/remove programs and run a repair....  this fixed the issue.  They could not explain it and had no idea why it happened, but it did fix the problem.
