Our network only uses SSH. I have read through some posts but I don't find a 'telnet.resource' file on the Orion server that some of the posts referenced. I also found a registry hack but it appears to start putty in a telnet mode (thus the session immediately disconnects).
I am trying to make it so anyone accessing Orion NPM from their client browsers can click on the Telnet tool and get their SSH client to establish a connection. I think most of us use putty for ssh access.
