Is there an Alert Trigger Condition for nodes that are currently in-alert on another alert?

We have an alert set up for lower priority devices so that they do not send out an alert (in this case an email to a pager) unless the condition has been met for 15 minutes, and only if after-hours (6p to 6a). We have another alert for those same devices to not delay for during-business-hours (6a to 6p). The problem is that if the outage for the node happens before, and exists during, the transition time, then the 2nd alert will fire. Is it possible to suppress that 2nd alert if an alert already exists on a node?

TIA,

Eric
