Interface Custom Properties are not visible in creating Alerts

Please help!

I am trying to build an alert that uses custom properties on interface.

Upon checking, the custom property option does not reflect on the condition selections.

Any idea on what can we do to fix this?

Have you tried searching for the name of the custom property? What version are you on?

Here is an example fro 2020.2.1 HF2 which is the latest available at the moment

Use the 'Search' Area on right top corner. Type your custom property name and 'Search'

Hi All,
Thanks for the replies.
We identified that we were having query issue internally, causing the custom properties to be not visible for usage.
We already resolved this c/o Solarwinds support.
