Incorrect Information on the Customer Portal for Licences

Hello,

I am attempting to deactivate an ROP250 license. On the customer portal, under license manager, we have two ROP250 licences. Unfortunately, when I click to view the details on them, the server name is wrong so I don't know which one is the correct one.

Is there any other way to reconcile which server has a certain license on the customer portal? Our SolarWinds environment is offline and we can't connect it unfortunately.
