Icon Differences

Without actually seeing your icons, the small green circles in the lower right corner sound like status indicators for child interfaces. If

• all interfaces are UP, the circle should be GREEN.
• some interfaces are UP, but some are DOWN or UNKNOWN, it should be YELLOW or RED, depending on the version of Orion NPM you are running.
• if all interfaces are DOWN, the circle should be RED.

Here is our current map. For example, Waldwick and Dumont both have one child object up and running, but only one icon has the circle present.

I'd suggest you open a support ticket, so we can get someone to look at your specific environment.

Thanks for your responses. Apparently, when we upgraded to the latest version, some of the icons had child status turned on and some had it turned off.
