IP SLA monitoring

Hi,

There is a question about FREE ip sla monitor. I try to download it from this link:

But I got this answer:

This product is not available from your current location.

How can I get this tool if we pay for the soft, and couldn't get the free one? My region is Belarus.

CNET seems to be hosting it (LINK). You could try there. Or proxy through somewhere that it is allowed from, provided that doesn't break any international laws or Solarwinds company policies.
If you're going to be paying the licensing for the full version, I'm sure your reseller will have a way to get the software to you.
