How to monitor the Solarwinds servers CPU and memory which process is consuming more

Hi Team,

from last 3 days our solarwinds severs consuming more CPU and Memory utilization we are daily rebooting the servers. so we have alert for CPU and Memory.

but we want to know the Which process is consuming more in soalrwinds servers. how to set up a alert for servers process in solarwinds console.

please provide and advise.
