Hi everyone,
I'm customizing my alerts on Orion NPM, I've added an email action, where I put the variables to describe better the problem of the alert, and additional, I'm trying to add on the email body the URL ServiceNow's incident URL I've seeing three variables options: 1. Incident ID (Alert Incident), 2. Incident Number (Alert Incident), and 3. Incident URL (Alert Incident), and I've tested those three variables, but when the email is tiggered and received on my inbox, I don't see Servicenow Incident URL, Do someone know how to add the URL to an email on an action to display it on the email body?
Any suggestion is very welcome, and thank you in advance.
