How do I create a Node View that has dual and single columns on the same page?

Jump to solution

How do I go about creating a Node view that has for example two columns at the top half of the page, some type of seperator, and then a single column across the bottom of the page.  Is there such as thing as a section or page break like one would use in Word? For example:

Header 1Header 2
Section One

Section Two

Header 1
Section 3
Labels (1)

I have long wanted to do this but alas like said it isn't possible within the confines of SolarWinds.  Sounds like a good idea for a feature request to be submitted.

to my knowledge, there is no way to do this currently via the view page alone.

I've worked around this by calling a page "top.html" which has code in it using frames before, though certainly not ideal.

The frames (2 or 3 in your case) would then call individual view URLs.

Makes sense but above my level of skill.  Will need to wait for the feature I guess.
