How do I add a page that will just display certain nodes in Orion NPM?

Create a view in settings>manage views with the resources that you want to see.  You can use the multiple object charts to combine certain elements on a single chart as well.  Then you will want to add a view limitation.  You can limit by the vendor, APC, or simply select the nodes that you want allowed on the page.

Is there a way to display all the devices along with there Battery Runtime Remaining in a table.?

So it will display something similar to this:

              APC-1                                120 minutes

              APC-2                                 60 minutes.

etc..

You could try the new Universal Device Poller Top XX resource.
