we're going through the periodic upgrade of site bandwidth, and it has come to attention that NPM is recalculating the % utilization based on the current bandwidth instead of the historical bandwidth.
e.g. we recently upgraded one of our peers to 20GBps, and the historical utilization is now 49% instead of the 98% is was when we added the second 10Gbps connection to it. (the same is true where we have upgraded the QMOE services from 100Mbps to 1Gbps)
anyone got a good idea for how to deal with this (other than print the graphs to PDF just before an upgrade)
