Hi, We have been experiencing with Hardware Health Monitoring status shows as Undefined/Unknown. What is the best solution to resolve this issue. We don't want to lose the historical information, by changing it from SNMP -> ICMP -> SNMP We have unchecked the hardware health from List Resources and re-enabled, did not work Raised case with Support and advised to clear the .sdf files and replace with blank for Module Engine and Collector services, still did not work We are planning to our Environment to upgrade from Orion Platform 2017.3.5/NPM 12.2 to 2019.4. It might take another month or two We are looking for a quick solution All other parameters are working fine. Only Hardware Health monitoring status issue, because of this could not monitor the Hardware Sensors Appreciate quick response .

Hi,

We have been experiencing with Hardware Health Monitoring status shows as Undefined/Unknown.
