HTML format for alert emails not working in NPM 12.4

HI;

Been struggling for days over this. Our email admin has looked at the messages generated by SW and he says the details show they are in plain text, even though I have selected HTML on the Configure Action: Send an Email/Page wizard. See below. The URLs in the generated emails are not clickable in Outlook 2016 .

...

Hoping to avoid having to open yet another ticket .. have 3 open right now for various buggy things.
