Guys, I have been st a task to review all our alerts and make them prettier! :L) Yes, i need to make the HTML alerts a little more modern and make things within them stand out. For example, I send disk space alerts so in the alert action I add some custom HTML to highlight the free space in a different color or the like. Doing this on thousands of alerts is painful. Is there a way to use templates or the like? Ideally you would be able to create templates linked to CSS so you could update CSS and the CSS/HTML built when alert saved. that way you could update CSS outside of alerts and have all alerts udpated 
Perhaps I could even raise this as a feature request? Is there a process for same?
