HAVING IISSUES WITH SETTING ALERT FOR THIN AP's

Hi All

Having trouble getting the thin AP down alert working. When we have tried configuring the advanced alert for the AP's as below i can see in my solar winds that the AP is turning Grey color and them disappearing. But i am receiving any kind of alerts from the solar winds for this.

Please share your valuable suggestions.

I believe your second condition group needs to be 'any' instead of 'all'. Or get rid of Status equal to Down and Unknown change it to Status not equal to Up.

What vendor?
with Aruba if you've a failover or master/slave controller configuration the the aruba polling if badly broken and you need to set a flag for SOlarwinds to retain stats and use custom SQL to get alerts to work properly.
