Event -Failed Write to file - Message Length was zero

I just move to NPM 11.5.3 from 11.1

Now I can see some events

Failed Write to file - Message Length was zero

I try to change in the Manage Action LOG SIZE to 10 MB -WriteToFile

Any one had that problem ?
