EngineID Omnibus SNMPv3

Hi We are trying to figure out the engine ID that Omnibus has to use to connect with Solarwinds using SNMPv3. When we queried the dbo.engines it came out as 1 , however , Omnibus (Netcool) is not accepting that and is expecting a 0x80...or a hex value format. Can someone help?
