Email Aerts not working

The following is an example of an alert summary page:

Trigger Condition:

Alert on all objects where:
All child conditions must be satisfied (AND)
Polling Engine - Instance of Polling Engine - is - swis://Unigroup233a.unigroupinc.com/Orion/Orion.Engines/EngineID=1
Interface - Instance of Interface - is - swis://Unigroup233a.unigroupinc.com/Orion/Orion.Nodes/NodeID=319/Interfaces/InterfaceID=2651,swis://Unigroup233a.unigroupinc.com/Orion/Orion.Nodes/NodeID=319/Interfaces/InterfaceID=2693,swis://Unigroup233a.unigroupinc.com/Orion/Orion.Nodes/NodeID=320/Interfaces/InterfaceID=2760,swis://Unigroup233a.unigroupinc.com/Orion/Orion.Nodes/NodeID=319/Interfaces/InterfaceID=2649,swis://Unigroup233a.unigroupinc.com/Orion/Orion.Nodes/NodeID=320/Interfaces/InterfaceID=2765
The actual trigger condition:
Interface - Transmit Percent Utilization - is greater than - 80

The trigger conditions of all of our alert Show Unigroup233a(see above) and Polling engine is now Unigroup233B, as we did an upgrade and our emails are not working. The alert themselves are going to the alerts screens with no problems.

All tests of the alerts are OK and we get the emails? Everything that I can see in Settings points to Unigroup233b?

Have you checked in the ActionExecution log for alerts?

The alerts are firing just fine. It is the Email of an alert that is not working. The test of the email alerts works great?

If there is any error in the alert actions, in your case its email, you will be getting the log in Actionexection log file.
