Edit a dynamic query definition results in null reference exception

I've created numerous groups using dynamic queries that include t-sql like patterns, i.e. [1-9][a-c,f]xyz% and they work fine, problem is you can't go back and edit them because the web UI throws an "Object reference not set to an instance of an object." exception. Can this be fixed? And, where in the DB are these dynamic query definitions stored so I can edit them there. Thanks.
