Different RX and TX bandwidth SW doesn't recognize

For ADSL and Internet links the RX and TX bandwidth is different. On the ATM interface on the Cisco router there is a bandwidth command and also a bandwidth receive command. Entering the latter on an interface is not recognized by SW. The RX and TX values for the interface reflect the bandwidth command. So if you have an ADSL circuit that is 1.5 RX and 384 TX, in Orion it comes out as 385 for both sides of the circuit.

Has anyone found a solution for this? It is necessary to get a correct % utilization.
