In the Deployment Health tab I see a check that with the title of Database index fragmentation check with the What went wrong message of "Diagnostic timed out." The Related KB article 3202 did not seem to apply, besides the fact it is checking the fragmentation status, but I'm probably wrong on that.
My general question is: What the process does this diagnostic run? (A specific script, exe, query?)
Some speculative questions:
- Does this message really have nothing to do with fragmentation, besides it is trying to check it?
- Is the DB so fragmented that it times out before getting a final number?
- Is there a way to see what step the diagnostic is timing out on or somewhere to get more information?
