Device Type Report with Details & Count

I want a report that lists all my device types with a count, and then underneath each count lists all the devices in that category. I can group and list the devices, but I can't list the count. Has anyone done this? Here is what I am looking for:

Cisco Catalyst 295024 3

sw0001

sw0002

sw0003

Cisco Catalyst 6509 4

sw0004

sw0005

sw0006

sw0007

A total count at the bottom (or top) would also be great but not necessary. Thanks for the help!

you can adjust the views on the website to show you the devices grouped by type then it will list all of the devices of they type under it. but i havent tried a report yet.

I have an inventory report that has them grouped by device type, but it does not show a count.

There is a built-in resource called Nodes by Type that does what you're looking for, I think.

The built-in report only shows counts. I have built a report that shows the device group and then the actual devices underneath. I just need the count added to this report.
