I have index defragmentation selected in polling settings, and it is set to run everyday. However, I am not seeing it finish index defragmentation as it does everything else in the log.
Index defragmentation is also not changing in my monitoring of the database in AppInsight for SQL in SAM.
Can someone confirm my findings with their own dbmaintenance log?

You can see in the image that it starts, but nothing after that. This is the very end of the log.
Running it manually completes the maintenance, I watched the progress whenever I had a chance and never saw a message about any particular index being rebuilt, etc.
