I'm trying to create an alert for a custom poller that generates when an APC battery status is other than Normal (value of 2). When I create the alert and test it however, the e-mail I receive tells me that the value is currently 0, when I can see that it is actually 2.

I have tried ${CustomPollerStatus.RawStatus} as well. They all return 0 (instead of the actual value of 2).
