Connect Now always says "0 discovered links"

When you were in network atlas, did you drag all the nodes at the site (or ones that should be connected) on to the map?  Connect Now requires the nodes to already be on the map.

yes, I ran discovery, imported, loaded Atlas, dragged devices (highlighted all devices once) and clicked Connect Now.

I do what MichalB stated and if that fails I'll open a ticket.  Luckily tech support responds well and has always done a great job fixing all my issues.
