Configuring Sound Alerts

I'm trying to set audible alerts but when using the Desktop Notification Tool generates me the following error and will not let me connect to the server, I understand that you are but where permission would have to allow access?

Can you please check your Solarwinds Netperfmon website from your IIS and verify if you can enable this?
