I am looking for some advice - we want to allow our help desk staff to access our Cisco 4006 and 4500 access switches to enable and disable ports only via a GUI. I have looked at Cisco products but none of them address this issue. When I look at Orion NPM and right click a switch port I see alot of options. I dont see an easy way to reduce or limit our help desk staff to just enable and disable.
Am I missing some configuration? Any one have a similar setup that can share with me?
