Configuration Wizard CannedReports import

After upgrading to NPM 12.5, configuration wizard is been taking very long time, up to 2 hours in my case, and doing some research by myself, I noticed it spent 25 minutes regenerating canned reports as stated in this configurationWizard.log.1 file

If these are canned reports, couldn't the configuration wizard panels give the option to be skipped same way it is the website creation option.

This includes significant changes to the configuration wizard which generated some awesome results. Keep a lookout for the RC posts. We will certainly be interested in your feedback.
