Cisco WS-C4510R+E Temp Sensor Question

I have a simple question. Hopefully someone can supply a simple correct response?

These are my switch temps:

These are my NPM SNMP sensors:

I understand that the NPM sensors correspond to the two slots (5&6) that the sups are in, and the temps in parentheses represent warning/critical/shutdown . Question is which of the temps in the list correspond to the NPM sensors? Are they averages of modules 5&6 in the list? Anyone know how this works? My endgame here is to create a proactive alert well in advance of a thermal shutdown, but with all these  temps it makes it very difficult to create thresholds. Any assistance and/or explanation would be greatly appreciated.
